Introduction

The maturation of the global services market is leading to expanded geographic portfolios. Many buyers now have 5+ service delivery locations, typically spread across 3+ countries and this number is increasing. Buyers are increasingly focusing efforts on improving the effectiveness of their service delivery investments - including how they leverage existing locations most effectively.
