As enterprises navigate a complex landscape of next-generation and legacy technologies, global business footprints, and complex provider portfolios, Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix Service Provider of the Year report will help them identify best-in-class providers with strong, broad-based capabilities and successful services strategies that align well with evolving enterprise IT demands.
In this research, we present the Service Provider of the Year Awards 2023 for IT services providers that recognize companies that consistently exhibit leadership and top performance across multiple categories.
Scope
We selected the IT Service Provider of the Year award winners based on the consolidated scores that the providers achieved in the Leaders, Major Contenders, Aspirants, and Star Performers positions on our PEAK Matrix® evaluations. In 2022, 159 providers were featured across 35 IT services PEAK® Matrix evaluations. The awards were determined based on performance in the following segments:
- Healthcare
- Life sciences
- Banking and financial services
- Insurance
- Application services
- Cloud and infrastructure services
- Digital services
- Enterprise platform services
- Data and analytics
- Cybersecurity
- Interactive experience

In this report, we recognize consistent top performers across IT services PEAK Matrix® assessments. The award categories in the research include:
- ITS Top 20: a listing of the top 20 providers
- Leaders of the year: recognizes the provider(s) with the highest number of Leader positions
- Star Performers of the year: recognizes the provider(s) with the highest number of Star Performer positions
- Top 10 Challengers: recognizes the top 10 providers with annual revenue less than US$2 billion
