COVID-19 has highlighted that organizations need to rethink employee experience. Currently, enterprises are focused on monitoring and measuring digital employee experience, but, to do that, they need to factor in various attributes that directly and indirectly influence employee experience either positively or adversely. Thus, to measure employee experience holistically, enterprises must factor in subtle information, such as human, organizational, and environmental attributes, to proactively identify the root causes of employee-related issues and enhance the overall employee experience. Many market vendors capture these attributes through state-of-the-art solutions, which can help define employee experience holistically.
