Aware (Intelligent) IT Infrastructure Services Automation PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2021

COVID-19 has had a profound impact on enterprises, service providers, and their employees. Enterprises have struggled to maintain operational vitality and are seeking efficiency, optimization, and avenues for business growth. Automation has become a key optimization lever for IT infrastructure services, and COVID-19 has accelerated enterprise-wide automation adoption for digital transformation. Notably, enterprises that were early adopters of aware (intelligent) automation have experienced little or no pandemic-related disruptions related to their IT infrastructure. Thus, aware automation has proved to be a value enabler and value creator for businesses during the pandemic.

In this research, we present an assessment and profiles of 18 IT service providers featured on Everest Group’s Aware (Intelligent) IT Infrastructure Services Automation PEAK Matrix® and categorize them into Leaders, Major Contenders, and Aspirants. Each profile offers a comprehensive picture of the IT infrastructure automation service provider’s strengths and areas of improvement.

Scope

This research provides an assessment of IT service providers / system integrators associated with aware (intelligent) IT infrastructure services automation. We study the following IT service providers: Accenture, Cognizant, CSS Corp, DXC Technology, GAVS Technologies, Genpact, Happiest Minds, HCL Technologies, IBM, Infosys, Microland, Mphasis, TCS, Tech Mahindra, UST Global, Virtusa, Wipro, and Zensar.
