The Learning Services Provider Profile Compendium is a companion to Everest Group’s latest study, the Learning Services Provider Landscape with PEAK Matrix® Assessment, which assesses 18 major learning services providers. This report provides comprehensive service provider profiles, each of which includes the providers’ delivery capability, market strategy, key organizational developments, delivery footprint, and client portfolio along various dimensions such as services in scope, industry, and buyer-size. In addition, each profile provides the service provider’s positioning on the Everest Group PEAK Matrix® and offers an insightful analysis of its capabilities.
