The growing demand for upskilling and reskilling employees and the challenges of catering to a diverse workforce have increased the complexity of executing learning activities in-house. Enterprises are thus increasingly looking to outsource their learning activities to enhance employee experience through digital learning. This has caught the attention of several service providers, which are expanding their scope of services and solutions to cater to this demand.
In this research, we present detailed profiles and assessments of 18 Learning Services providers featured on the Learning Services PEAK Matrix® 2020. Each profile provides a comprehensive picture of the service provider’s service focus, key Intellectual Property (IP) / solutions, domain investments, and partnerships. The assessment is based on Everest Group’s annual RFI process for the calendar year 2020, interactions with leading learning services providers, client reference checks, and an ongoing analysis of the learning services market.
