Introduction
Analytics is morphing from a good-to-have to must-have tool in any company’s toolkit while they go about achieving their strategic goals. Analytics has proven its worth beyond doubt, and conclusively, and this is being reflected in how companies are leveraging it more and more – going from basic reporting (couple of years back) to thinking about utilising IoT and cognitive automation capabilities in analytics. Unsurprisingly, the service providers are responding in similar light by investing in analytics capabilities, offering more services to buyers in non-traditional pricing models as well.
