As the world adjusts and reacts to the changing workplace norms, expectations, and model, employers face increasing scrutiny. The hunt for quality tech talent is far from over and having employees with niche skill sets and expertise is becoming increasingly vital to maintaining a competitive edge. Organizations must focus on maintaining a positive and appealing employer brand perception, as it plays a key role in attracting and retaining quality tech talent.

In the second edition of our research, Top Employers for Tech Talent™ 2023, we analyze over 400 leading tech employers in India, the US, and the UK to understand their employer brand perception. We explore various dimensions such as compensation and benefits, work environment, office ecosystem, work-life balance, hybrid work policies, culture and values, leadership, career development, and diversity and inclusion. The report also analyzes the performance of each tech employer in local talent markets based on attrition rates, growth, and employee satisfaction ratings. Furthermore, it covers the brand perception trends across different industry verticals. Additionally, we evaluate the initiatives that best-in-class tech employers undertake to differentiate themselves in local talent markets.

Tech employers can leverage these insights, along with Everest Group’s talent performance framework, to optimize their talent management strategies and develop future-proof talent models. This analysis is based solely on publicly available information and aims to capture prospective employees’ perceptions of the tech employers. The assessment reflects market trends as of H1 2023, and we will continue to monitor the market and update this assessment annually.
