Organizations around the world are experiencing digital disruption, which has impacted various functions across industries, including talent acquisition. Increasing awareness of the benefits of digital adoption is pushing enterprises, service providers such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) providers and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and technology startups to build capabilities around digital.
