While providers demonstrated flexibility and responsiveness in handling client situations, they failed to catch the pulse of the enterprises, despite adapting to shifts in enterprise demands with each wave. It is imperative for providers to become cognizant of the true picture of enterprises’ experience in working with them and decipher the reasons behind the prevailing dissatisfaction. The need of the hour for providers is to elevate and transform into a true business partner.
In this report, we present insights from 56 structured interviews with enterprises suggested as references by the 16 global digital workplace providers assessed in this report. The study summarizes the views of various enterprises on the capabilities of their providers across digital workplace services. The report also captures quantitative and qualitative insights across enterprises’ digital agendas.
