The rapid adoption of digital services across the themes of connected care, supply chain visibility, manufacturing 4.0, omnichannel customer experience, and digital surgery has driven MedTech growth. This increased adoption is aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and productivity, delivering better customer experience, and improving patient outcomes.
To address this surge in demand and the growing need for verticalization among medical device enterprises and manufacturers, providers are ramping up their service portfolios by bringing in domain specificity, developing medical device-specific IP and centers of excellence, and offering thought leadership.
