The pandemic has been a catalyst for enterprises to recalibrate their strategies and operating models for the workplace. Considering that the business case for workplace transformation is well established now, enterprises are conceptualizing the target states of their workplace environments and the journeys required to achieve them. The post-pandemic workplace will require a significant overhaul of tools, processes, talent requirements, security mechanisms, and governance frameworks. The transformation journey will be based around location-agnostic services and a significant focus on employee experience and well-being.
In this research, we present an assessment and profiles of 26 digital workplace service providers featured on Everest Group’s Digital Workplace Services PEAK Matrix® and categorize them into Leaders, Major Contenders, and Aspirants. Each profile offers a comprehensive picture of the digital workplace service provider’s vision and strategy, scope of services offered, digital workplace offerings, innovation and investments, partner network, and strengths and limitations.
