Considering that the business case for workplace transformation is well established now, enterprises are conceptualizing the target states of their workplace environments and the journeys required to achieve them. The post-pandemic workplace will require a significant overhaul of tools, processes, talent requirements, security mechanisms, and governance frameworks. The transformation journey will be based around location-agnostic services and a significant focus on employee experience and well-being.
