The Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry has successfully and continuously evolved, even in the times of COVID-19, in terms of service portfolio, value proposition, and business models. However, while the industry has adapted to Work From Home (WFH) delivery, fulfilled services as part of its flex-&-scale value proposition to cater to dramatic fluctuations in hiring requirements, and continued to maintain service quality levels, it is evident that another major disruption is around the corner.
