The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) toolkit is designed to help businesses evaluate processes for automation based on three broad factors - RPA potential, cost/volume handled by the process and ease of implementation. This toolkit is suited to handle specific processes within a function (e.g., invoice processing, account reconciliations). Output of the toolkit is a 2x2 matrix which plots processes based on the three broad factors mentioned above. This is an excel-based tool and can be used to evaluate five processes at a time.
