IT Service Provider of the Year – 2022

As enterprises today navigate the complex landscape of next-generation and legacy technologies, global business footprints, and complex provider portfolios, Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix Service Provider of the Year report will help them identify best-in-class providers with strong broad-based capabilities and successful services strategies that align well with evolving enterprise IT demands.

In this research, we present Service Provider of the Year Awards 2022 for IT services providers that recognize companies that exhibit consistent leadership and top performance across multiple categories.

Scope

We selected the IT Service Provider of the Year award winners based on the consolidated scores that the service providers achieved in the Leaders, Major Contenders, Aspirants, and Star Performers positions on our PEAK Matrix® evaluations. In 2021, 141 service providers were featured across 22 IT services PEAK Matrix evaluations. The awards were determined based on performance in the following segments:

• Top 10 Challengers: recognizes the top 10 providers with annual revenue less than US$2 billion
