Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) companies leverage different sourcing models based on their objectives and sourcing philosophy. In this journey, the Global In-house Centers (GICs) play a key role and are no longer perceived as the “cost centers” only. In fact, they are offering value beyond arbitrage by delivering analytics, driving innovation, and supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

This report is based on our propriety databases, extensive experience and understanding of the GIC market and global services industry. The analysis is based on BFSI GICs providing offshore delivery of global services and excludes centers that serve domestic operations. This report is relevant for a broad set of stakeholders – parent organizations, GICs, and industry influencers (e.g., industry bodies) to understand what GICs have delivered so far and future priorities.
