Brazil is one of the largest Customer Experience Management (CXM) markets in Latin America due to its large population. It is dominated by local CXM service providers, along with a few global providers. Most Brazilian CXM Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) serve the domestic market, supporting local enterprises in Brazil and global enterprises that need support for their Brazilian operations, with limited offshoring work for clients in Portugal. Notably, because Brazil in the only major Portuguese-speaking country outside of Portugal, nearly all domestic demand for CXM is met through operations within the country.

The Everest Group CXM in Brazil: Top 15 Providers 2022 report lists the 15 largest CXM (including contact center outsourcing) providers in Brazil based on the size of their operational workforce in Brazilian delivery centers. The study will enable enterprises to identify large-scale providers in Brazil and their industry coverage.
