Internet of Things (IoT) Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2020

Enterprises view IoT as core to their broader digital transformation efforts, as IoT implementation is regarded as a means to increase operational efficiencies, create new revenue opportunities, and enhance user experience. To assist enterprises in this journey, service providers must act as end-to-end orchestrators, develop industry-specific solutions that leverage next-generation technology, and support IT/OT integration.

In this research, we present detailed profiles and assessments of 18 IT service providers featured on the IoT Services PEAK Matrix®. Each profile provides a comprehensive picture of the service provider’s service focus, key Intellectual Property (IP) / solutions, and domain investments, as well as case studies. The assessment is based on Everest Group’s annual RFI process for the calendar year 2019, interactions with leading IoT service providers, client reference checks, and an ongoing analysis of the IoT services market.

Scope

This research covers the following IT service providers / system integrators associated with IoT services: Accenture, Atos, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte, DXC Technology, Happiest Minds, HCL Technologies, IBM, Infosys, Mphasis, NTT DATA, LTI, Prodapt, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, and Zensar.
