To date, the protests are limited to the Mumbai region, and impact on other areas (e.g., Pune) is limited. While the government is resolving the issue, there is no significant disruption in business in the area, and companies are generally operating as usual.
There is evidence of some companies in Mumbai exercising their Business Continuity Planning (BCP), such as work from home, as precautionary measures.
