Adoption of digital technologies has become a fundamental imperative for life sciences firms due to cost considerations, rise of personalized medicine, and an evolving customer profile. Life sciences firms are looking at digital adoption for internal operations as well as customer channels with an equal focus.
To delve further into the true nature of adoption, we conducted a survey with IT and business heads of leading North American and European Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) enterprises (US$1 billion or more in global revenue).
